GM Tech Center Expansion Ignites Growth in Warren

 

Once the announcment of GM's $1 billion investment in their Warren Tech Center last May major development plans in the surrounding area have followed. Some pending projects include $35 renovation of the former Campbell Ewald building, $30 million 210-unit loft project, $50 million 200-room 5 star hotel and a $10 million Cadillac dealership. There's even talk of a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.
