Historic Macomb Theater is up for sale again - Detroit Free Press
"Newly restored after grueling years as a nightlife hotspot, the old Macomb Theatre in downtown Mt. Clemens is up for sale again.
Opened in 1921, the theater has operated as a concert and nightclub venue in recent decades and been owned since 2012 by Wally Mona and Marc Beginin. They bought the theater out of bank receivership for about $630,000 and have since poured more than $2 million worth of renovations into the 1,500-seat venue, which was once called the Emerald Theatre before they renamed it Macomb Music Theatre."
