The County’s Projected Industry Growth Paves the Way for Commercial Real Estate Growth in Macomb County

Great News! Susan Blanchard and Debbie Boone have filled the multi-tenant industrial space for lease on North River Road in Mount Clemens.  Smaller industrial space is a hot commodity in the commercial real estate market at this time.  These units were 1,850 SF each with a small office space and overhead doors. It made for great space for many uses. 

Deborah Boone recently closed the sale of 24416 Crocker in Clinton Township. 

Susan Blanchard negotiated and closed the Sale of the former Huntington Bank building at 1 North Main in Downtown Mount Clemens.

On Friday, December 22nd office will close at 1:00 p.m. for our annual Holiday Party.
